Chef's knife and sharpener from the Kaiser range. The knife is made from German X50CrMoV15 steel and the handle is made of Pakka wood. The easy-grip handle and excellent balance of the blade make the knife comfortable and easy to work with. The inherent properties of German steel make the blade stain resistant and require no more care than occasional sharpening. Chef's knife: 20 cm blade. Sharpening steel: 33 cm.
